Two weeks have passed since Congressman Dan Newhouse spoke in the House of Representatives, and now the local party leader says his voters are not qualified.

But first, we start tonight. . .

A 68-year-old Chelan man died in a frontal collision in Walla Walla County on Tuesday morning.

The Washington State Patrol said that Jay S. Clark was driving east on Highway 12, one mile west of Lowden, when his 1998 Dodge Ram pickup Crossed the center line and collided with a 2018 Toyota Rav4 driven by 69-year-old Dixie Basel of Walla Walla.

According to the investigation by the national patrol, traffic on the highway was partially blocked for several hours. The air ambulance of Life Flight was dispatched to the scene of the accident, but Clark survived. Basel was taken to a hospital in Walla Walla, but her condition is unknown.

Grant County reported seven new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, bringing the county's total death toll to 105.

One of the newly reported deaths was a 50-year-old Columbia Crest resident who has had 14 deaths from COVID-19 since the outbreak in the long-term care facility in Grant County in November.

Two other men in their 50s were newly killed. One of them died in Ephata and the other in Lake Moses. In addition, the most recent death toll includes a Mattawa woman in her 60s, a Moses Lake man in his 70s, an Othello country man in his 70s, and a Quincy man in his 70s. This is the second time this week that Grant County has reported 7 deaths from the virus in one day.

The planned Wenatchee subarea has now become a tableside, and the subarea has become the focus of opposition from wildlife agents in neighboring countries and states. The developers of Black Rock Terrace said they are withdrawing plans for a 13-acre, 17-bedroom development on Skyline Drive near the Jacobson Reserve. Local residents and the National Fish and Wildlife Department warned that the building may damage the habitat and grazing methods of habitat deer. The development plan was approved by the City of Wenatchee in 2018, but was subsequently revoked by Chelan County Judge Travis Brandt. After the owner did not take the necessary steps to solve the problem, this reversal took effect this month.

Two weeks have passed since Congressman Dan Newhouse spoke in the House of Representatives, and now the local party leader says his voters have failed.

The Republican chairmen of all six counties in the Newhouse Fourth District, including Grant and Douglas, signed a letter condemning his vote on the impeachment of former President Trump in the Capitol riots on January 6.

The January 25 letter did not directly ask him to resign, although it stated that many voters in his area had resigned, and that Newhouse no longer represented the values of his area. Among the chairpersons of these evenings was Clint Didier of Franklin County, who competed with Newhouse twice. Newhouse was one of 10 Republicans who voted for impeachment. He said he had no intention of resigning.

Next, Chelan Lake Community Hospital ceased admission on January 15. At that time, 5 patients tested positive for COVID-19, so they have reopened to the public. The public was asked to weigh how to deal with flooding in the Leavenworth Ski Mountain Basin area. GWATA is planning a virtual STEM showcase, which has been a long time, but as of yesterday, all grades in Wenatchee School District have returned to face-to-face classes. This is Grant Olson, and you are watching the NCWLIFE evening news.

Welcome back, and other news. . .

Lake Chelan Community Hospital was reopened to the public after the suspension of admission on January 15. At that time, 5 patients tested positive for COVID-19.

Lake Chelan Health announced Wednesday that these patients are no longer infectious and have been removed from the quarantine measures. Except for the emergency department of the hospital, all admissions have stopped. The department is still open, but access is restricted.

The hospital said that 98 employees who had direct contact with the patient had been tested and retested, and none of them tested positive for COVID-19. The hospital said in a statement that they are QUOTE and are proud of the team doing their best to prevent the outbreak of a potentially catastrophic disease. Unity.

The public was asked to weigh how to deal with flooding in the Leavenworth Ski Mountain Basin area. The Qilan County Public Works Department stated that people must complete a survey of six flood prevention programs by February 26, which vary in complexity and cost. The survey and a description of the options under consideration can be accessed through the Chelan County website (co-dot-chelan-dot-wa-dot-us).

The county said that flooding in the area has been a persistent problem during the process of rapid melting of snow in late winter and early spring, overwhelming culverts and ditches, causing soil and debris to flow into roads.

Usually, GWATA and Apple STEM networks hold an annual STEM demonstration in the Pybus market. But as we all know, this is not a normal year.

This is the second virtual STEM show since the beginning of the pandemic. Children from grades K to 12 competed in six categories at home within six weeks and submitted their projects online. Any student in north-central Washington can enter March 14 through AppleStemNetwork.org.

It's been a long time, but as of yesterday, all grades in Wenatchee School District have returned to face-to-face classes.

The mixed schedule started on Wednesday, and high school students finally joined the classroom teaching of their young colleagues.

Students, teachers, and faculty must abide by the COVID-19 health protocol, including wearing masks and keeping distance.

Local health officials said that even as more and more students returned to the school building, they did not see signs of a pandemic in classrooms in Wenatchee Valley.

The Seahawks plan to hire Shane Waldron, the coordinator of the Los Angeles Rams, as their new offensive coordinator.

ESPN's Adam Shefter said Seattle will hire Waldron to replace Brian Schottenheimer when he is under 3 years old.

Earlier this month, the Seahawks season ended in two ways.

Waldron has spent seven seasons as an assistant in the NFL, but according to Shefter, he has never served in Washington or Los Angeles during Sean McVay's tenure.

According to reports, the Seahawks are also interested in Buffalo's quarterback coach Ken Dorsey and New Orleans' Joe Lombard. These two individuals acted as the leader and the Lions offense coordinator respectively.

Waldron is a native of Portland. He graduated from Tufts University in 2002. He was a tenacious partner and an old madman at the time.

After allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, offensive informant Chad Wheeler (Chad Wheeler) faced felony first-degree domestic violence assault in Kent, illegal imprisonment for domestic violence and resistance to arrest charges.

According to court documents, the prosecutor said that Wheeler viciously attacked the victim’s bedroom, sometimes strangling her with both hands until she lost consciousness. According to reports, she texted friends, family and Wheeler's father to call 911, and the police were forced to enter the country after hearing her screams. An official tried to conquer Wheeler with Taser, "with little success."

Wheeler was released on bail of $400,000 on Tuesday, and an arraignment hearing was held on February 9.

.

The team issued a statement this week saying that Seahawks was saddened by Chad Wheeler’s new details and strongly condemned such domestic violence. Our thoughts and support come from the victims. Chad is a free agent and no longer works with the team, ending the offer. If you encounter domestic violence, please call 1-800-799-7233, and the team will continue to provide a national domestic violence hotline.
